Sensitive health data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and protected in transit. You can download a full copy of your data or delete your account and everything in it from Settings.
Power on the clip, then open the app's Medications tab and tap the Bluetooth icon. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth and Location are on (Android requires Location for Bluetooth scanning). Select "MediGuard Clip" when it appears, then assign the medication it holds so each bottle-open logs a dose automatically.

Open a lab result and use Share PDF, Print, or Email to send it. To give a provider ongoing access, generate a one-time consent code in the app; you can revoke it at any time.
No. MediGuard offers informational support to help you stay organized and aware. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment. For urgent symptoms, call your local emergency number.
You can delete individual records in the app, or remove your entire account, which deletes your associated data. Need help? Email support@mediguard.app.
We're happy to help. Reach us at support@mediguard.app — please don't include full medical record numbers or other data you'd rather not send by email.
